Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the TextSong app and website, operated by TeeHee Tech LLC ("we", "us"). By using TextSong you agree to them.
What TextSong is
TextSong generates short songs from text using artificial intelligence. Output is machine-generated: it can be imperfect, may not match every detail of your text, and will vary between generations of the same input.
Your content
- You keep whatever rights you have in the text you submit. Only submit text you have the right to use.
- Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the songs you generate for personal and commercial purposes. We don't claim ownership of your generated songs.
- AI-generated audio may not be protectable by copyright in some jurisdictions, and similar inputs can produce similar outputs for other users. We make no guarantee of exclusivity.
Acceptable use
Don't use TextSong to create content that is unlawful, harassing, or that impersonates a real person's voice or identity in a misleading way; don't submit text you have no right to use; don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
Availability
TextSong depends on third-party AI infrastructure. We aim for reliability but provide the service "as is," without warranties, and may modify or discontinue features at any time. Song generation may occasionally fail; a failed generation is not a promise of a future one.
Subscriptions
TextSong Unlimited is an auto-renewing subscription: $9.99 per month (or the local equivalent) after a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple account at trial end and on each renewal until you cancel. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Prices may vary by region and are shown before you subscribe.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeeHee Tech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TextSong, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with its effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
